Ann-Marie is one of the UK’s leading experts on Passivhaus design and speaks regularly about Passivhaus, EnerPHit and zero carbon strategies. Ann-Marie is overseeing the delivery of several Passivhaus primary and secondary schools in Scotland and delivered the UK’s largest Passivhaus residential scheme, Agar Grove. Ann-Marie was involved in quality and technical design reviews for Harris Academy Sutton, the UK’s largest Passivhaus secondary school, Hackbridge Primary, the UK’s first Passivhaus Plus school and Bicester Eco Business Centre, the UK’s first Passivhaus Plus office. Ann-Marie recently served as project director for an in-depth performance analysis of twelve building typologies representing the City of Edinburgh’s wider estate to help inform an optimal pathway toward achieving the council’s 2030 net zero targets.
