Duncan has over thirty years of experience in the construction and energy industry, working within public and private sectors in the UK, Europe and Australia.
Currently, the Housing Asset & Energy Strategy Manager at Renfrewshire Council, overseeing the investment required to regenerate and improve the council's homes to meet EESSH and SHQS and transition to a future Net-Zero standard.
A member of the Scottish Government Zero Emissions Social Housing Taskforce (ZEST) in 2021 and the working group of the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH) since 2012. He is part of the United Nations Economic Council for Europe (UNECE) Thought Leaders Group, convened in Glasgow during COP26.
