Eoin is a qualified Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager who started out as a skilled construction worker over 20 years ago, and has since cost managed and delivered major projects throughout UK & Europe.
He is one of the key leaders in his profession relating to the delivery of low energy buildings, having worked as part of the Scottish Futures Trust education team to develop their £2bn Learning Estates Investment Programme, which now delivers low energy schools. He was approached directly for consultation as cost manager on three of the first Passivhaus schools in Scotland, and is now part of a business delivering multiple large and complex Passivhaus buildings, and closely connected into the Passivhaus supply chain in Scotland.
