Certified Passivhaus Consultant and Lead, Max Fordham
Gwilym is a Certified Passivhaus Consultant and leads Max Fordham’s Passivhaus service. He has over 13 years’ experience in construction across a range of sectors, scales and stages. His projects include new build, refurbishment and extension projects, covering higher education, schools, residential, offices and galleries. Gwilym enjoys helping deliver robust, low-energy designs that work and are sensitive to the building’s architecture. He’s an advocate of post-occupancy evaluation, and using the lessons learnt to inform future designs.
Gwilym also leads the Practice’s Developing Countries Group, which provides engineering expertise on community projects that ordinarily cannot access such assistance.
