Self-builder, Fulford Passivhaus Plus
Karin and Rob built Fulford Passivhaus Plus on a tight budget. Karin project managed the building of their home from the weathertight stage in February 2015 to moving in day in August 2015 and certification as a Passivhaus Plus in December 2015. The family of 5 has now lived in the house for almost 3 years.
