Konstantinos is one of Enhabit’s engineers and has worked on a number of Passivhaus projects. He specialises in hygrothermal performance assessments while he also undertakes projects related to energy strategy, energy modelling tasks, daylight design, renewable energy systems, heating and hot water systems, and ventilation systems. He also participates in Enhabit’s delivery team, project managing the installation of MVHR systems. Among other projects, Konstantinos has carried out hygrothermal performance assessments relative to product specification for Saint-Gobain, British Gypsum and other manufacturers, energy efficiency analyses and energy strategy studies for companies such as Toshiba and L’Oreal, and has undertaken U-value testing for the University of Cambridge, participating in its Offices building retrofit project. Konstantinos joined Enhabit in 2018 having graduated with a distinction from the University of Sheffield with his second Master’s of Science in Sustainable Architecture, following his Master’s in Civil and Structural Engineering.
