Lee Fordham
Lee has over 10 years experience as a qualified architect practicing in the UK, New Zealand and Australia on numerous projects in various sectors including educational, commercial and working on the delivery of the 2010 rugby world cup in New Zealand.
Lee has been working for Architype since 2007 and in that time he has worked on the delivery of The Willows Campus, a large conjoined primary and SEN secondary school with associated sixth form. Lee excels in dealing with complex technical projects and site issues that arise which made him a key player on the first two Passivhaus schools in the UK, Bushbury Hill and Oak Meadow Primary Schools. He has since overseen the delivery of Wilkinson Primary School, the next generation of Architype Passivhaus schools.
Lee has been voted in the top 50 stars of sustainability in the UK construction industry in a survey undertaken by Building Magazine in 2013.
