With over 20 years’ experience in the sustainable building products industry and an education in business management, Penny joined Ecological Building Systems in 2008 as General Manager to develop the UK market for the business, she became a Director in 2015. In the early days Penny was the only employee, but has since developed a team of technical and sales staff, with warehousing and distribution from their base in Cumbria, supplying, and technically supporting numerous Passivhaus projects, primarily with pro clima airtightness products as well as natural insulations. Ecological’ sister company was founded in Ireland in 2000.
