Stephen has 20 years of experience in the design and delivery of low-energy, complex buildings across a wide variety of sectors. He leads the building services group in Arup Liverpool and is passionate about developing the next generation of design professionals to meet global challenges. Stephen has designed aquatics and leisure facilities around the world. He is proud to have led the engineering design for St Sidwell’s Point, and in doing so to have set new standards in leisure centre design.
