Zia has more than 25 years experience in housing, regeneration and development management securing mixed use development opportunities in the housing sector and experience of developing energy management solutions. He has worked with the G15 Registered Providers and Local Authorities to identify strategic land for promotion through emerging local plans and undertaking strategic reviews of regional property portfolios to identify and prioritise development opportunities. He has lead multi-disciplinary teams to plan, fund, manage and deliver, complex regeneration projects.
