Terms & Conditions for the UK Passivhaus Conference 2020

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Passivhaus Trust (PHT) is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England & Wales (#07055083).  Registered at 30 Linden Road, Earby, Barnoldswick, Lancs  BB18 6XR

PAYMENT

Payment for the event must be made to the PHT in full in advance of the event date.

CANCELLATION BY THE PHT

If PHT needs to cancel the event, we will endeavour to notify all parties concerned as soon as possible before the event date.  If PHT cancels the event, its total liability shall be limited to a refund of any fee(s) paid.  If the event is postponed, for reasons beyond PHT’s control, the event will be rescheduled and any bookings will be transferred to the revised date and no refund will be due. PHT is not responsible for the reimbursement of any other costs incurred to attend the event, e.g. travel or accommodation costs.

CANCELLATION BY ATTENDEE

Attendees can receive a full refund up to 7 days before the event start date. No refunds will be issued 7 days or less than the event start date. If an attendee fails to attend the event (without prior cancellation) no refund will be offered.

LIABILITY

PHT do not accept any liability for any property damage or loss incurred at any time during the event.
