Alun Watkins has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry as a contractor and subcontractor working with traditional and ecological building methods. His experience with Passivhaus dates back to 2008 when he was involved with the first two Passivhaus dwellings built in Wales. In his current role, for Linc Cymru Housing Association, he is overseeing a Passivhaus development of 34 social housing apartments and 4 houses in Caerphilly.
